EASY TO USE
Fill the Cast Iron Smoker Box with Wood chips. Place on lowest grate or the flavorizer bars in the grill. These are usually just below the cooking grate. Preheat grill to 400 to 450 degrees. When smoke begins to come out of smoker box, turn grill temp down to desired cooking temp. Place your food on the grill and cook as desired.
